Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support community operations and maintenance across our properties in Utah. You will perform general maintenance, respond to service requests, and help ensure resident comfort and safety with proactive repairs and preventive care.

Housed in a vibrant on-site team, the role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to handle emergencies during nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with time management and prioritization skills.
• Resourceful problem solver; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged.
• Skilled in tracking and managing inventory of materials and parts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle chemicals safely.
• Available for emergency calls during nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas and on site.
• Be on-call as needed and respond to service requests promptly.
• Complete repairs in occupied apartments in line with standards.
• Oversee maintenance to support resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and keep mechanical systems functional.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and deliver courteous service.
• Support inspections and quality assurance reviews.
