Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform general maintenance in community spaces, respond to on-call requests, and ensure smooth operation of apartments and facilities. You will work as part of a proactive team, delivering high-quality service and maintaining property standards.

The role requires an HVAC/R certification for higher pay, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend and after-hours availability may be needed to support residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with strong business principles.
• HVAC/R certification is required for higher rate.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support by performing general maintenance duties in common areas.
• Available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments per standards.
• Oversee maintenance aspects prioritizing resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and repair mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols while completing tasks.
• Provide courteous, 5-star service to residents.
