Job summary
New Earth Residential is seeking a Service Technician to support our community operations. You will perform general maintenance in common areas, respond to service requests, and work under the Service Supervisor and Community Manager to keep residents happy and spaces functional.
This on-site role requires a high school diploma, preferred HVAC/R certification, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
- Self-motivated with time management and goal achievement.
- Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Provide general maintenance in common areas.
- Available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
- Complete service requests promptly in occupied apartments.
- Oversee maintenance, prioritize resident satisfaction.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and repair mechanical systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and provide courteous service.
- Assist and report on inspections and quality assurance results.
