Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Colorado to handle maintenance requests across the community. You will work with a team to ensure safety, perform make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventative tasks while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires basic maintenance abilities, EPA certification preferred, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. On-site work with the community and visible contributions to upkeep are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• High School Diploma preferred; trade school certification is highly desired.
• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or fix them promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs as needed.
• Maintain community appearance and perform basic repairs.
• Complete records in Onesite for service requests and make-readies.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and other duties as needed.
