Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver to handle maintenance service requests across the community. You will be customer-focused, work with a team, and participate in make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventative maintenance to create exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, coordinating with the supervisor, and performing electrical, plumbing, and other tasks.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment and systems.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in with necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests promptly.
• Coordinate tasks with maintenance supervisor and team.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and other tasks as needed.
• Accurately document service requests and maintenance activities in Onesite.
