Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, organized, and well‑stocked. You will interact with residents, complete service requests and inspections, and support new home delivery and setup while ensuring timely, quality work and collaboration with the Community Manager and team.

You must hold a valid in‑state driver’s license and be able to perform demanding physical tasks, including lifting up to 85 lbs, climbing ladders, and handling chemicals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• General maintenance knowledge and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with industry software and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, manage work orders, and assist with home refurbishments.
• Keep grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and safe.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating schedule.
• Assist in new home delivery and setup; report warranty/follow-up work to management.
• Follow OSHA standards and wear PPE; comply with safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
