Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our property at Northwoods in Kansas City, MO. The role involves responding to maintenance repair requests promptly and preparing vacant units for new resident move‑ins, ensuring superior customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, including personal smartphone technology
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders and other maintenance equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 1 year of HVAC experience

Compensation

$23 - $25 (final agreed‑upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience)
