Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for Evergreen Estates in Faribault, MN to perform general grounds and basic home repairs across the community.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds while following safety procedures. You will handle work orders and resident relations, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and community grounds in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Perform lawn and grounds maintenance including weeds, mulch, and plantings.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry on homes.
• On-call duties and seasonal pre-maintenance service.
• Assist in refurbishing Community Owned homes.
