Job summary

Enterprise is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, attractive living environment for residents across our properties. You will perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs, maintain facilities, and assist with apartment turnovers while delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests.

In this role, you’ll supervise maintenance apprentices, follow safety and policy guidelines, coordinate with management, and respond promptly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification Type II or Universal (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs and upkeep.
• Assist with apartment turnovers including painting and cleaning.
• Coordinate with management and residents to address areas of concern promptly.
• Provide guidance and training to Maintenance Apprentices & Porters.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in required in-service trainings.
