Job summary

UMH Properties, Inc. seeks a full-time Maintenance team member for the Sunnysidce Community in Pennsylvania. You will provide overall groundskeeping and maintenance, perform repairs on community homes and lots, and uphold UMH's safety and quality standards in every task.

You will drive company vehicles for daily inspections, handle upkeep of lawns, facilities, and common areas, and participate in safety trainings, overtime, and on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Broad experience in home repairs, general plumbing, grounds maintenance and heavy equipment operation.
• Snow plow experience.
• Ability to prioritize safety and attend periodic safety trainings.
• Time management skills; able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive UMH vehicles through the community daily to inspect common areas.
• Record violations observed during daily inspections.
• Repair and maintain community-owned homes and lots.
• Maintain community grounds including mowing, weed-eating, leaves, snow plowing.
• Keep work areas clean and safe with proper disposal and clear aisles/exits.
