You will coordinate vendors, manage inventories, and ensure timely responses to service requests while maintaining cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating service requests.
• Knowledge of safety standards and code compliance (OSHA).
• Ability to inspect and assess work quality across grounds and buildings.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and move-ins.
• Develops cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, buildings and common areas.
• Inspects work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and coordinates supplies with budget in mind.
• Conducts regular safety meetings and keeps up-to-date OSHA requirements.
