Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will manage work orders, diagnose defects, and perform repairs per policies, oversee the make-ready process for vacant units, coordinate vendors, and maintain inventory within budget. This role offers hourly pay of $32.00–$35.00 with robust benefits for full‑time onsite staff.

Qualifications

• Diagnose the source of defects and perform repairs in line with safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, coordinating vendors and scheduling tasks.
• Maintain inventory and support budget through careful restocking.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Inspect contractors' work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in policy.
• Assist with safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
