You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and oversee the make-ready process for vacant units.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, supervising contractors, and maintaining supplies while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartment communities and common areas.
• Ability to diagnose the source of defects and perform repairs.
• Familiarity with safety standards and code requirements (OSHA, MSDS).

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and manage work orders.
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare vacated units for leasing.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, building exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Supervise contractors and vendors ensuring quality workmanship and budget compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials and assist with budget controls.
