Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Chandler, AZ to oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and vendor coordination for assigned communities. This role collaborates with the Community Manager to ensure safe, high-quality maintenance and timely make-ready of units.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with EPA/CPO certification preferred. On-call duties, OSHA compliance, and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management experience in multi-unit housing or property management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and scheduling of work orders.
• Oversee on-site staff and vendors to maintain property.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and QA of repairs.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Attend on-call emergencies and coordinate resource use.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, inspections, and make-ready status.
