Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Richmond, VA is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance across a residential community, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high standards of appearance.

You will diagnose defects, complete make-ready inspections, manage vendors, maintain tools and inventory, perform preventive maintenance, and comply with OSHA and EPA requirements while delivering strong customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire date.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification, or willing to complete within 90 days of hire date.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs to meet safety standards.
• Complete make-ready inspections and schedule vendor work.
• Oversee grounds, exteriors, and common areas to maintain high standards.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Conduct preventive maintenance procedures monthly.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance.
