Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our on-site properties in Richmond, VA. You will complete work orders and perform make-ready tasks to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining inventory. A valid driver's license and EPA certifications are required, with 40-hour work weeks and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and maintains property condition.
• Executes make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Inspects safety, performs preventive maintenance, and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Maintains inventory, tracks reorders, and uses tools according to safety procedures.
• Follows safety policies and communicates with management about issues.
