FirstService Residential in Sparks, NV is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to create engaging resident programs and social events while handling general administrative duties. You will collaborate with residents, organize classes, manage calendars, and support food services as needed.

You will lead volunteer initiatives, communicate through social media and newsletters, and ensure excellent customer service at community events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative office experience required.
• Excellent technology and Microsoft Office Suite skills are required.
• Prior experience in Property Management or HOA management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize a variety of resident programs and classes.
• Create a monthly event calendar to highlight activities.
• Perform general administrative duties including light bookkeeping.
• Maintain organized activity office and storage areas.
• Communicate program information through social media, newsletters and websites.
• Provide exceptional customer service at community events.
