Mercy Housing in San Francisco seeks a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to implement program activities at Mercy properties, The Hub, and the Mercy Neighborhood Resource Center. You will collect data to measure outcomes and connect residents with needed services, supporting community partnerships.

Collaborating with staff, partners, and volunteers, you will help plan and run events and programs at The Hub, enhancing resident stability and empowerment through coordinated supports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Bilingual English/ Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement priority programs at Mercy buildings, The Hub, and Mercy Neighborhood Resource Center.
• Collect data for designated program components and maintain reporting requirements.
• Develop understanding of resident assets and needs to guide them to services.
• Maintain a list of local resources available to residents.
