Job summary

Heritage Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, in Marshall, MN, is seeking an Activities Assistant for part-time afternoon shifts to enrich residents' lives and support a close-knit team.

As a Community Life Assistant, you will assist the Department Supervisor, facilitate group programs, promote wellness, and foster positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers. This on-site role offers a wage of $17.50-$22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must relate professionally with residents, families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

We have helped seniorsAge Magnificentlysince 2013 in our gorgeous 58-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part Time 18 hours per week: 12:30pm-4:00pm, every other weekend included.
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
