Job summary

Legacy of St Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an Activities Assistant to join our team. The role supports the Community Life Department in developing and delivering engaging programs for residents in assisted living and memory care.

Shifts are Full-Time 8:30am-5:00pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Wage is $17.50-$22.50 per hour; on-site position in St. Michael, MN. Join us to help residents Age Magnificently and enjoy paid time off and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Advanced computer skills, including email usage.

Legacy of St. Michael Senior Living is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
