Gable Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Vadnais Heights near Saint Paul, MN, seeks a Community Life/Activities Assistant to join the on-site team. Shifts are 11am-7pm with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation; wage is between $17.50 and $22.50 per hour.

Gable Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for aCommunity Life/Activities Assistantto join our growing team!

Gable Pines, located in Vadnais Heights, brings an entirely new dimension to senior living in the Roseville/White Bear Lake area. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 123-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available: Full-Time 11am-7pm, Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
Wage:$17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
