Job summary

Boulder Ponds Lifespark Senior Living Community is seeking a Community Life Assistant (Part Time Activities) for Lake Elmo, MN. The role supports the Community Life Department by developing, coordinating, and implementing wellness programs for residents.

The position offers part-time hours (20 per week) with wage range of $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, on-site at Boulder Ponds Senior Living. Prior experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Shifts Available: Part Time 20 hours per week: 12:00pm-4:00pm (weekdays) 10:00am-2:00pm (every other weekend)
Wage: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
