Job summary

Valora St. Anthony, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life/Activities Assistant to join our team. This part‑time role supports the development and delivery of community life and wellness programs for our residents.

Shifts available: Part-Time 10am-6pm or 9am-4pm. Wage range is $17.50–$22.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits as part of Lifespark’s environment near Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
• Annual reviews with wage increases.
• Paid time off & paid holidays.

Responsibilities

Valora St. Anthony is located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our community is easily accessible via major roads, including Highway 38 (St. Anthony Blvd) and Highway 65, making us a convenient option for employees in St. Anthony, Columbia Heights, Northeast Minneapolis, Shoreview, and Roseville.
