SyRES PROPERTIES in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support our apartment community’s leasing goals. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and assist with move-ins while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or leasing, strong communication, and the ability to drive occupancy through strategic outreach and events. Weekend availability is essential to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or leasing or property management.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.
• Ability to drive leasing performance through outreach, closing and market awareness.

Responsabilités

• Promote the community, conduct tours, and drive traffic.
• Manage online listings and social media visibility.
• Screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation.
• Build relationships to encourage renewals and retention.
• Plan resident events to foster community and satisfaction.
• Convert leads into leases and meet occupancy targets.
