Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Illinois to drive leasing and marketing efforts while fostering positive resident relations within the community.

The role requires a professional, engaging approach to residents and staff, with duties spanning prospect qualification, tour demonstrations, application processing, and coordination with the Community Manager to ensure move‑ins and renewals are smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge (Windows Word, Excel) and email usage.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community and apartment features; close the sale.
• Have the prospect complete the application and secure a deposit.
