Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases, maintain model units, and generate leads.

Regular onsite presence, strong customer service, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements are expected; you will also help meet leasing goals and coordinate with the team to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Close leasing deals through appointments, tours, and follow-ups
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits and turn processes
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours
• Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Handle resident relations and customer service
• Support resident retention programs and office upkeep
