Job summary

Asset Living in Waco, TX is seeking a Community Assistant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required.

You will show, lease, and move in prospective residents, complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits and turnover, manage prospect traffic, support marketing plans, and enforce community policies. Requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, turnover, and data accuracy.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and enforce community policies.
