Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations at one of our multifamily communities in Houston. You will greet prospects, tour the property, sign leases, and support daily on-site operations with a focus on service quality and occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software knowledge.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plan execution and market surveys.
