Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at our Bloomington property. This on-site role requires a friendly, proactive approach, strong organization, and the ability to guide prospects from tour through to signing a lease.

You will work with the on-site team to implement marketing plans, maintain accurate prospect data, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and contribute to retention programs that enhance the community

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
Close the sale with appointments, tours, and follow-up; ensure all leasing paperwork is completed prior to move-in.
Assist with lease audits, walk units, and the turn process; maintain accurate traffic and leasing data.
Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and support marketing plan execution.
Maintain a clean and welcoming office and model; assist in resident retention programs.
