Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing staff and drive occupancy, conversion, and revenue for the property. You will implement leasing and marketing strategies, analyze performance data, and ensure compliant, efficient leasing operations across the team.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in property management or related field.
Proven track record of driving leasing performance.
Ability to lead, coach, and influence team performance.
Experience participating in hiring, training, and performance management.
Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable leasing and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee leasing staff, including scheduling and performance coaching.
Develop and own leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Oversee marketing campaigns, events, and outreach to support leasing objectives.
Ensure daily operations are compliant with policies and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with the Property Manager and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
Be available for evenings and weekends during peak periods; oversee move-ins/move-outs.
