Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in the multifamily housing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, landlord/tenant laws, and ADA laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour units with prospective tenants and highlight property features.
• Handle customer and tenant relations and ensure prompt, high-quality service.
• Maintain knowledge of the current area market.
• Prepare and maintain reports for managers.
• Host community events and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist residents through the rental process from start to finish.
