Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Manager for our Wisconsin community. You will communicate with prospective residents, handle day-to-day issues, and coordinate the renewals of existing leases with a staff of Leasing Consultants under the supervision of the Community Manager.

You will ensure property performance is maximized by walking the grounds and inspecting apartments. Responsibilities include guiding staff, meeting leasing goals, reviewing applications, and developing marketing plans to

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 2+ years in B2B selling.
• Strong working knowledge of MS OfficeSuite.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstration of Bell Core Values.
• Strong marketing skills and time management abilities.
• Organized with good decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour visitors and guests to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure community performance.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training and team building.
• Train staff on leadership techniques and resident services; conduct performance appraisals.
• Set leasing goals and provide timely reporting on leasing statistics with General Manager.
• Conduct weekly meetings with maintenance and leasing staff.
• Evaluate unit pricing against market and budgeted goals.
• Manage application review process for each lease andensure condition of leased apartments.
• Develop an annual marketing plan and conduct marketing reviews monthly.
