Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing and marketing efforts while ensuring an exceptional resident experience. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, manage inquiries, and participate in community events.

This role requires strong organization and the ability to work evenings and weekends. The position involves coordinating with the Community Manager, handling turnover activities, and upholding Fair Housing standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and explain addendums to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Promote the community through social media and events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns and resident communications.
• Maintain detailed logs of prospect and resident interactions.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and represent Landmark professionally.
• Support Move-In/Move-Out processes and conduct unit inspections as needed.
• Enforce policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
