Job summary

Asset Living in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show, qualify, tour, and lease; complete all leasing paperwork and support turn processes, audits, and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turnover.
• Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and support marketing plans.
