Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired.
• Experience in low-income housing and tax credits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service, greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases.
• Process applications and prepare lease paperwork in Yardi; maintain resident files.
• Handle rent payments, renewals notices, and monthly commission records.
• Resolve resident concerns, coordinate maintenance, and ensure community standards.
