Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks an Associate Community Manager in Syracuse, NY to lead leasing and marketing efforts, ensure occupancy goals, and maintain professional, client-focused service for residents and prospects on campus communities. Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs to meet occupancy goals.
• Leasing & Marketing: Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports to inform pricing and rent growth.
• Leasing & Marketing: Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and corporate procedures; enter data in Entrata; follow up thoroughly.
• General Administration: Maintain confidentiality and participate in staff meetings; communicate lease terms clearly to residents and applicants.
• Financial Management: Maximize revenue and occupancy; manage marketing within budget.
• Personnel: Train leasing staff on campus marketing and lease documents.
• Customer Service: Maintain communication with residents and university personnel; resolve resident conflicts.
• Facilities: Assist in turn plans; coordinate property inspections.
• Risk Control: Enforce safety policies; report risks; handle emergencies with corporate team support.
