Job summary

Forge Management, LLC seeks a Lease Broker/Leasing Agent to transform property tours into community connections and drive resident experiences into referrals. You will engage prospects, tour properties, and partner with Lead Agents to convert inquiries into leases across our Grand Street Commons properties.

You will promote memorable resident experiences, collaborate with the Community Success team, and help maintain curb appeal while benefiting from a strong benefits package and field-based

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in leasing, property tours, or resident services preferred.
• Licensed WA real estate broker required to lease across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable resident experiences to boost retention and referrals.
• Lead engaging property tours that showcase community stories.
• Foster relationships with residents, prospects, and local partners.
• Collaborate with the Community Success team to maintain curb appeal.
• Increase traffic and drive qualified prospects to the community.
• Ensure advertising materials accurately represent the community.
• Nurture leads with Lead Agents from inquiry to lease signing.
• Provide consistent follow-up and relationship-centered service.
