Job summary

Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking a Community Integration Professional to support individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment within a Supported Employment setting. You will collaborate with a diverse team to tailor employment plans, teach job-related skills, and promote community integration.

The role emphasizes advocacy for self-determination, safety, thorough documentation, and active engagement with families and schools to ensure meaningful outcomes for those served.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and adaptability to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support based on individual goals, teaching skills and promoting employment-related learning.
• Advocate for self-determination while ensuring safety using least restrictive methods.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in Setworks per agency standards.
• Assist individuals with job development, interviews, employer communication, transportation to job sites, and collaborations with schools and partners.
