Job summary

PA Inclusive seeks a Program Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across housing, employment, and community-based services. This field-based role requires managing a caseload, developing individualized plans, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The candidate will supervise direct support professionals, coordinate services through ODP and OVR, and maintain documentation in Therap, HCSIS, EIM, and CDWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities.
• NADD Competency Based-Direct Support Professional Certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• ACRES or CESP certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of staff and clients.
• Oversee employment and community-based services delivery.
• Provide supervision for direct support professionals and job coaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation in systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Attend meetings and support coordination activities.
