Job summary

PA Inclusive seeks a dynamic Program Specialist to support individuals with IDD, autism, and mental health diagnoses across housing, employment, and community supports. The role requires field-based work (up to 75%) with on-call availability and collaboration with ODP and OVR programs.

You will oversee service delivery, supervise staff, and ensure accurate documentation while advancing independence and inclusion in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities.
• Certification: NADD Competency Based-Direct Support Professional or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• ACRES or CESP certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of clients and staff.
• Provide direct services as needed to fill shifts.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct support professionals and job coaches.
• Develop individualized housing, employment, and behavioral support plans.
• Attend ISP meetings and agency events; ensure documentation compliance.
• Maintain client files in line with ODP and OVR standards.
• Remain on-call for program continuity and behavior-related crises.
