Qualifications

• Minimum age 19 years.

• ACRE Training within first year of hire.

• Professional conduct under pressure.
• Ability to complete registry and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centered career profiles to identify strengths, interests, and goals.
• Support development of workplace readiness skills and professional behavior.
• Assist with career exploration, resume development, job searching, and interview prep.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers for opportunities.
• Match job seekers to positions aligned with abilities and goals.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and educate employers.
• Facilitate job tours, informational interviews, and community networking.
• Provide transportation to interviews or assist with transport arrangements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
