Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Previous supervisory, leadership, or team management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to developmental disability services.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination or obtain physician clearance for transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team by recruiting, training, coaching, and supporting Community Coordinators, Direct Care Staff, and Floaters.
• Drive community inclusion by building partnerships with local businesses, volunteer groups, and community organizations.
• Ensure high-quality services by monitoring programs for safety, inclusivity, and alignment with individual goals and standards.
• Coordinate daily operations including transportation oversight, scheduling, and staffing coverage.
• Manage resources by overseeing participant funds and activity budgets with accurate documentation.
• Provide direct support when needed by stepping in for transportation, staffing, or emergencies.
