Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Two years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Evening, weekend, and emergency availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Residential Operations: Oversee day-to-day home operation, ensuring safety and person-centered services.
• Develop & Support Your Team: Coach, mentor, and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure Quality: Monitor documentation, incidents, billing, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion Individual Success: Implement Service Plans consistently to promote independence and inclusion.
• Manage the Home: Oversee budgets, maintenance, supplies, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and leadership.
