Goodwill Columbus is seeking an Area Manager, Adult Day Services to oversee six Site locations in Franklin County. This full-time role reports to the organization and leads teams to deliver person-centered services.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, safety, quality, and relationship-building with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners. The role fosters growth, accountability, and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training.
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.

Pay, Schedule & Location

• Salary: $54,000-$64,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Location: Oversight of six Adult Day Services sites throughout Franklin County
