Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.
• Demonstrable history of success in sales-focused environments.
• Strong comfort with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• Clear, empathetic communication style suited for high-stakes client conversations.
• Residency within a commutable distance of Columbia, Maryland.
• Experience with client relationship management software.
• Prior involvement in community networking or local outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities
