The Atlantic District in Warrenton, Virginia is seeking a personable Insurance Agent to build trusted relationships with local families and businesses. You will guide clients through policy options, explain details clearly, and help plan for the unexpected.

This role emphasizes integrity, mentorship, and meaningful community impact in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. Expect a base salary with commission and bonus opportunities, plus PTO, a work-from-home option, and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

Virginia Life and Health Insurance License is required.
Strong communication skills and comfort meeting new people daily.
Desire to help others navigate financial decisions.
Experience building professional networks.
Office-based role in Warrenton; familiarity with digital productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with Warrenton community members to understand long-term insurance goals.
Analyze client situations to recommend coverage options with peace of mind.
Meet with potential clients to explain policy details in simple terms.
Attend local events to build the agency's presence in Virginia.
Process applications and ensure paperwork is accurate and timely.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure current coverage evolves with life changes.
