Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, and Health licenses.
• Proven ability to grow a personal insurance book.
• Strong network-building and community engagement skills.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail for renewals.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs to provide auto, home, and life coverage.
• Build long-term relationships with Gettysburg residents and business owners.
• Engage with the community to generate new leads.
• Guide clients through claims with empathy.
• Review policies annually to adjust coverages.
