Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator in Providence, RI. The role focuses on developing on-site educational, social and empowering programs to improve residents’ lives and property operations.

You will connect residents with community resources, ensure compliance with reporting agencies, and help tenants meet lease obligations while reducing delinquency and turnover. The position may require travel and flexible hours across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel between properties, on-call emergencies, trainings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation of supportive service plans and the delivery of programming and services at all assigned properties.
• Maintains compliance with supportive service program requirements and PMC Scorecard reporting.
• Assesses residents’ needs and facilitates access to services.
• Educates residents on lease obligations to improve tenancy outcomes.
• Addresses rental delinquency issues and resident-related concerns to reduce turnover and property damage.
• Identifies, networks with, and collaborates with community agencies to provide programming.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field

2-3 years of experience in the Social Service field or related area
