Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two years of CRA and/or other compliance-related experience.
• Ability to travel and engage with diverse community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a CRA/CD representative to the Bank's communities in a defined geography.
• Promotes firm involvement throughout the community and coordinates events and materials.
• Establishes best practices to maximize lending, investment and service goals.
• Reviews community development activities to ensure alignment with definitions and guidelines.
• Ensures CRA education programs and tracking reports are accurate and timely.
