Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives related to community services and outreach.
• Serves as liaison to City Council, departments, schools, residents and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to promote services and engage the community.
• Arranges staff development and training opportunities.
• Assists in developing short- and long-range plans.
• Assists in formulating City policies and operating procedures.
• Identifies, collects, analyzes data, writes reports, and makes recommendations.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves complaints from internal and external sources.
• Researches grant opportunities and prepares applications.
